The terms that govern your access to Kavach-AI websites and services.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the websites, content and services operated by Kavach-AI, Inc. ("Kavach-AI"). By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Use of the services

You may use the services only in compliance with these Terms, our acceptable-use policy and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, credentials and the activity that occurs under them.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or other customers' data.
  • Do not use the services to distribute malware, launch attacks or evade detection.
  • Do not reverse engineer the services except as permitted by law.

3. Open-source components

The kavach-mcp middleware is provided under its own open-source license, which governs your use of that package. These Terms govern the hosted Kavach-AI platform and website.

4. Intellectual property

Kavach-AI and its licensors own the services, including all software, designs and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during your subscription.

5. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to provide the services, as described in our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Security products reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavach-AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
