Privacy Policy

How Kavach-AI, Inc. collects, uses, protects and deletes information.

This Privacy Policy describes how Kavach-AI, Inc. ("Kavach-AI", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use our websites, platform and services. It does not apply to customer data our customers process through the platform — that is governed by our Data Processing Addendum.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, work email, company and role when you request a demo, create an account or contact us.
  • Usage information — device, browser, IP address and interactions with our websites and product, used for security and product improvement.
  • Support information — messages, attachments and diagnostic data you send us.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, secure and support the services
  • Communicate about your account, security notices and, where permitted, product updates
  • Detect, investigate and prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

3. Customer data

When you use the platform, you remain the controller of the data your agents, MCP servers and cloud workloads produce. We process that data only to deliver the service and never to train models. Prompt and payload content is scanned in memory and is not retained by default.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with sub-processors that support the service (for example, cloud hosting, email and support tooling), under written agreements, or where required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available in the trust center.

5. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, monitoring and regular independent audits. See our Trust & Security page for details.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Customers can configure retention for telemetry and logs within the platform.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact privacy@kavach-ai.com.

8. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
